3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be provided during your consultation based on:

• Product selection and customization
• Window measurements and specifications
• Installation requirements
• Applicable taxes and fees

Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to begin custom manufacturing. Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless financing arrangements have been made.

Financing: Financing options are subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions apply. Minimum purchase amounts may be required.

5. Consultations and Appointments

Free in-home consultations are available within our service areas (Wisconsin and Illinois). By scheduling a consultation, you agree to:

• Be available at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Allow our representative access to the areas requiring window treatment services

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for repeated no-shows.

6. Custom Orders and Manufacturing

All window treatments are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing has begun
• Custom products are non-refundable unless defective
• Manufacturing time varies by product (typically 2-4 weeks)
• You are responsible for verifying all measurements and specifications before order confirmation

Blinds By Valeri is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping issues, or force majeure events.

7. Installation Services

Professional installation is included with qualifying purchases. By accepting installation services, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to installation areas
• Remove any obstacles or fragile items from the work area
• Ensure pets are secured during installation
• Inspect the completed installation before our installer leaves

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, windows, or surrounding areas. Any additional repairs or modifications required for installation may incur additional charges.

8. Warranty and Returns

Product Warranty: Most products carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-10 years depending on the product line. Warranty details will be provided with your purchase.

Installation Warranty: We guarantee our installation workmanship for one year from the date of installation.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 30 days of installation.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect products before authorizing repairs or replacements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blinds By Valeri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
